LaNelle Herndon Bearden, 79, passed away August 8th, 2014. She was born July 9, 1935 to Winferd and Christine Herndon. She is preceded in death by her husband David, her son Blake and sister Dorine Fine.
She is survived by her sons David Wayne Bearden (Kari) of Little Rock, David Gober (Becky) of Bridgeport, Texas, and Floyd Gober; Grandchildren, Taylor Bearden of Little Rock, Jessica Bearden of Little Rock, Devon Allen (Scott) of Chico, Texas and Kerry Gober (Stacy) of Bridgeport, Texas; Great Grandchildren, Quenntin Gober of Boise, Idaho, Rachael, Halie and Payton Allen of Chico, Texas; brothers, Ronald Herndon (Marie) of McQueeny, Texas and Charles Herndon (Barbra) of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Ann Holder of Goliad, Texas and Lee Londt (Eddie) of Hensley, Arkansas.
Family visitation will be Monday August 11th , 2014 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church on Arch Street from 10 am to 12 pm with the service to follow at Noon, with Bro. David Robinson officiating. Burial will be at the Landmark Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
