Lance Sullenberger, 93, of Little Rock, passed away July 2, 2012. Born in Gurdon, Arkansas to Lance G. and Mildred L. Graham Sullenberger, he was retired from Missouri Pacific Railroad after 43 years of service. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
Preceded in death by his wife, Eloise Sullenberger, he is survived by his son, Lance G. Sullenberger III of Little Rock; sisters, Lila Jay Thompson of Arkadelphia and Pat Williamson of Malvern; grandchildren, Ashlea Mirsky and husband, Sam of Massachusetts and Lance E. Sullenberger and wife, Nicole of New York; and six great-grandchildren.
The service will be Thursday, July 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Rev. Wyman Richardson.
