Kristal Lee Perkins, 35, of Jacksonville passed away Monday, May 23, 2016. She was born March 31, 1981 in Baker, Montana.
She is survived by her mother, Debra Baglio; her pop, Eddie Sledge; sister, Kimberly Richardson (Neil); brothers, Andrew Roberts and Scott Simpson (Becky); fiancé, Chris Null; special girl, Amanda Null and other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Pat Smith; aunts, Cindy Smith and Janice Roberts; and her uncle, Douglas J. Perkins.
Memorials may be made to St. Vincent North, 2215 Wildwood Ave., Sherwood, Arkansas 72120.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 25 followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m., at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street.
