Kevin Ziegler

Kevin Wayne Ziegler passed away in his sleep on Tuesday August 15, 2023. Kevin resided at The Blossoms at Hot Springs Rehab & Nursing Center (formerly Heritage of Hot Springs) in Arkansas. He was 66 years old.

Kevin was born in Moline, Illinois on January 19, 1957. He was the second child of Wayne and Aurelle Ziegler.

Kevin was bapized at Asbury Methodist Church in Bettendorf, Iowa. His growing years were in Bettendorf and Davenport, Iowa. He graduated from Central High School. Kevin proudly served 16 years in the Army Reserve. He was passionate about all history and biblical studies. He was an avid reader of fiction and non-fiction, enjoyed computer games and collecting coins.

He is preceded in death by his mother Aurelle Ziegler and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Kevin is survived by his father, Wayne Ziegler; sisters, Vanessa Ziegler and Shelia Snook (husband Tom); daughters, Rebecca Girardin, Lydia Renee Riley, Naomi Lynn Ziegler, Martha Ziegler. He has 10 grandchildren and several relatives including an aunt and uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services and a celebration of life will be determined at a later date and will be in the Quad Cites, Iowa.
