Kenneth Scott Raines of North Little Rock passed away on Friday, October 30, 2009.
Kenny was born June 27, 1959 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Colleen Raines Frierson of North Little Rock and the deceased Phillip Raines of Haleiwa, Hawaii. He was a graduate of North Little Rock High School, and was a member of Baring Cross Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Colleen Frierson of North Little Rock; two brothers, Steve Milburn of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Rusty Raines of North Little Rock; two children, Kenny Jr. of North Little Rock, and Rachelle Bye of Big Lake, Minnesota; and three grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 5:30 P.M. Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, 758-1170.
