Kenneth Goatcher

   Kenneth “Butch” Earl Goatcher, 69, of Bryant passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022.  He was born in Helena, AR on January 9, 1953, to Truett Goatcher and Lillian Williams Goatcher. Kenneth is preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

   In 2000, he married his best friend, Nona Goatcher. He proudly served in the Army, where he served for two years and served as a medic in the Vietnam War.

   Ken leaves behind his loving wife, Nona; his bonus children Kayla Orr (Matthew), Dustin Sandage (Nolisa) and Joshua Sandage; grandson Declan Orr; fur babies Kadie and Rizzo; mother Lillian Goatcher; Sister Carolyn Sparks; brother Jack Goatcher (Frances); niece Jennifer Seminara; nephews Jeremy and Jason, and a host of family and friends.

   Ken loved cruising the Caribbean with his wife, Nona. He also loved swinging on the porch with his grandson, Declan. He was the ultimate Elvis fan.

   Visitation will be Monday, August 8, 2022, starting at 5:00 pm at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 10:00 am at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home followed by interment at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
