Kenneth E. Carter, a dedicated veteran and beloved family member, was born on May 10, 1935, in Huston, Texas to Kenneth A. Carter and Lillian M. Tice-Carter. He passed away peacefully on February 21, 2025, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, leaving behind a legacy of service and cherished memories.

Kenneth proudly served in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of E-6 during his career. His commitment to duty included a deployment to Vietnam, where he exemplified the values of honor and courage. After many years of service, Kenneth retired, continuing to embody the spirit of dedication and loyalty throughout his life.

Kenneth's personality shone brightly in all areas of his life. He had a great love for food, often finding joy in sharing meals with family and friends. His hobbies included being an active member of the Hot Springs RC Flying Club, where he shared his passion for aviation, as well as engaging in hunting, particularly in his earlier years. He was a proud member of the VFW Post #2278, forming deep connections and friendships with fellow veterans.

Travel was also an essential part of Kenneth's life. Alongside his beloved wife, Camille Carter, whom he married on January 17, 1982, he traveled extensively across the country in their RV. The couple enjoyed life to its fullest, exploring new places and making lasting memories together. Kenneth had a particular fondness for collecting Trike Harley Davidsons, a testament to his adventurous spirit.

Kenneth is survived by his step-son, Patrick (Sandra) O'Neal; brother, Brian Carter; and sister, Shirley (James) Burroughs. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Camille Carter, and sister, Karen Martin.

A graveside service to honor Kenneth's life will be held on February 26, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Crestview Memorial Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Family and friends are encouraged to join in celebrating the life of this remarkable man, who touched many lives and whose memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
