Ken Williamson, 61, of Lonoke, died on Sunday, July 5, 2009. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He served in the United States Army in the 199th Light Foot Red Catcher Infantry Brigade.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Rachel Williamson of Lonoke; sons, Keith Williamson and Danny Williamson, both of North Little Rock, Ritchie (Carmen) Williamson of Haskell, and Damon (Jessica) Williamson of Lonoke; daughter, Amanda Cotton of Nashville, Tennessee; seven grandchildren; and sisters, Carolyn Gates, Ann Hill, Barbara Schernack, and Thelma Pettit, all of Houston, Texas.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Williamson; and two sisters, Betty Crossno, and Doris Turner.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetry.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, 758-1170.
