Keith Rodney Smith

Keith Rodney Smith, 80, of North Little Rock, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024, just six days from his 81st birthday. He was born in Burke, South Dakota, on February 10, 1943. 

Preceding him in death were his Parents, Sidney and Veronica Smith, Brothers Roland and Ronald, Sister Beverly Fenner, Son Kevin Smith. Survivors: Wife Pat Smith, Twin Brother Kent Smith [Shirley] of Mountain Home, Sisters Joan Clark [Bruce] of Alexander and Robin Smith [Larry Parrish] of Maumelle, Grandson Bryar Smith [Morgan] of Sherwood and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and Friends. 

Work experiences included: Fishing Guide, Journeyman Carpenter, Director of Maintenance and Chief Engineer at the Excelsior Hotel, Laundry Plant Manager at the Ft. Roots VA. He retired from the Army National Guard with the rank of Captain. Hobbies included: Hunting, Fishing, Trapping, and Bee Keeping.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the Levy Church of Christ, 5124 Camp Robinson Road, NLR on Saturday, February 24, with a memorial service following at 11 a.m. Interment will be Monday, February 26, 2024 at 10:00AM at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland, North Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the Comfort Care Center of Hospice Home Care, 2200 South Bowman Road, LR, AR 72211, the Levy Church of Christ, or a charity of your choosing.
