Katie Brooks

Katie Elizabeth Brooks went to be with our Lord on January 2, 2017 after a long and courageous battle. Katie was a fighter and stubborn until the end.
Katie was born April 10, 1989 in Little Rock Arkansas. She worked as a Nurse's assistant and was a loving and devoted wife and mother.
Katie left behind a long list of family and friends who loved her deeply. She is survived by her husband Joseph Brooks, two daughters Taylore (9) and Alyssa (7) Brooks. Katie was proceeded in death by her father David Rice, grandparents Wyndle and Sarah Dickerson and grandfather Bill Rice.
No amount of time will be able to fill the void that Katie has left for so many of us. The only comfort that we have is that her memory will live on in the lives of her girls and the hearts of so many more.
Family visitation will be held at 1:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00pm on January 14, 2017 at North View Missionary Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
