Kathy Louise Fulmer, 65 of Cabot, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 6, 2015 after a brave battle with cancer. She was born March 24, 1950 to Pat & Syble Elizabeth Harper in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Kathy loved her family and loved to play bingo.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Fulmer of Cabot, one son, Patrick Fulmer of Cabot and wife Cami; one daughter, Carrie Lair of Ward and husband Andy; as well as 5 grandchildren, Brandon & Garrett Rhea of Ward, and Zac, Cole, and Drew Fulmer of Cabot. Other survivors include 3 brothers and 1 sister, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 9, from 6-8 p.m. at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., NLR, AR 72114. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Cabot. Please visit www.smithfamilycares.com for online guest register.
