Kathy "Candi" Rebecca Chandler, 59, of North Little Rock, a loving mother and friend to many, passed away May 3, 2015. Born in Detroit, Michigan to Charles and Mary Hurst Caldwell, she is survived by her son, Thomas "T.Ray" Rester, of North Little Rock; stepmother, Mary Ellen Caldwell; brothers, Bobby Caldwell and Bo Jenkins; and sisters, Rita Miller and Terri Caldwell. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dean Chandler, and a sister, Dorothy Cheek.
Kathy was an accredited chef. She was always giving to others, and loved taking care of animals.
Services will be Friday, May 22 at 10:00 a.m. at Graves Memorial Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Travis Matthews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kathy Chandler Memorial Fund at any Bank of the Ozarks location.
