Kathryn Diane Mathis
Kathryn Diane Mathis, 85, of Sherwood passed away April 17, 2023. She was born in Little Rock, on August 7, 1937 to the late Kathryn (Hart) and William Williams.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Charles Mathis, Jr., and their infants, John Charles Mathis and Sara Marie Mathis.
Diane dedicated her life to her family, and to her beloved, St. Anne Catholic Church where she spent decades organizing, and facilitating the needs of the community.
Survivors include sons, Charles Mathis, III (Sarah) and Michael Mathis (Sherri); grandsons, Charles Mathis, IV, Jack Mathis, Kevin (Kristin) Butler and Patrick (Becca) Butler; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Connor, and Cora Butler.
Visitation will begin at 10:30 AM, with a Rosary at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at St. Anne Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30 AM at the church. Interment will follow at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
