Kathleen Merritt Sharp, 91, passed away May 30, 2014. Born in Prescott, Arkansas to Frank and Lillie Moore Merritt, she was a member of the 65th Street Church of Christ.
She is survived by her daughter, Becky Cawthon of Temple Terrace, Florida; brother, Byron B Merritt (Nelda) of Cleburne, Texas; four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Louis J. Sharp; son, Louis Allen Sharp; son-in-law, Steve Cawthon; granddaughter, Lora Sharp; and four brothers, Jacob Merritt, Norman Merritt, N.F. Merritt and Allen Merritt.
Services will be Thursday, June 5 at 11:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Mr. Michael Cawthon, Mr. Matthew Cawthon, and Mr. Patrick Cawthon. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Little Rock. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
