Kathleen Vaughn Broadstreet Cook, 69, of Little Rock, passed away July 1, 2016 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Letha Canon Vaughn and her first husband, Frank Broadstreet. She is survived by her husband, Alfred M. Cook; daughter, Sarah Coleman (Brian) of Norman, Oklahoma; son, Frank Broadstreet (Mandy) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; sister, Victoria Vaughn, also of Norman; aunt, Jean Canon Walters of Sheridan, Wyoming; grandchildren, Dillon Hyden, Gabi Coleman, Hannah Broadstreet, Jake Coleman, Natalie Broadstreet and Adam Broadstreet; Al's children, Cathy Clark, Amy Cash, and Brad Cook who also loved and cared for her; along with a host of other relatives, friends and her dogs, Lolly and Eddy.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn, Little Rock, AR 72210.
