Katherine H. O'Connell

Katherine H. O'Connell, age 84, of Bismarck, died Monday, September 26, 2011. She was born on January 13, 1927, in Alpine, the daughter of Ray Owens and Daisy May Langston Owens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Trenton C. O'Connell; and her parents. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Kathy O'Connell of Amity; her daughter and son-in-law, Cheral and Keith Subbert of Commerce City, Colorado; three grandchildren, Michelle Subbert, Michael Henderson and Trent O'Connell; three great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; one brother, Richard Owens of Hot Springs; and three sisters, June Vaughn of Littleton, Colorado, Caroline Garroutte of Hot Springs and Judy Runyan of Amity. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 28, 2011, in the Alpine Cemetery with Bro. John McAnally officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
