Karla Renae McCoy

Karla McCoy, 49, received her reward on September 10^th, 2022.  Karla was born on May 7^th, 1973 to Rick and Alice (Alexander) Templeton. 

Karla was preceded in death by her father, Rick Templeton.  She is survived by her husband David McCoy; her mother, Alice Templeton; and brother, Jim Templeton.

Karla has 9 children and 7 grandchildren.  She was loved by many others both family and friends.  

Karla was a member of Northside Church of Christ.  She was a very loving person and loved being a Mom and Memaw.  Karla was a very strong fighter, having dealt with health issues for years and was always able to find a reason to smile and laugh.  She will be missed dearly. 

Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 PM, Thursday, September 15, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street in Benton.  Funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM, Friday, September 16, at Northside Church of Christ, 917 N. East Street, in Benton.  Burial following at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. 

Memorials may be made to Northside Church of Christ Corrin Reed Children's Church Camp.
