Cpl. Justin Vinson Fowler, 23, of Little Rock, passed away August 16, 2012. Born in Little Rock to Larry D. and Vicky Vinson Fowler, he was an active member of the United States Marine Corps.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie Garcia Fowler; parents, Larry and Vicky Fowler; sisters, Candice Whitlock and husband, Jeff, Ann Marie Fowler and Jordan Fowler; two nieces and three nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, August 20 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be held on Tuesday, August 21 at 10:00 a.m. at Agape Church, 701 Napa Valley Drive, officiated by Dr. Happy Caldwell, followed by interment with Military Honors at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock. Memorials may be made to the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, 825 College Blvd., Suite 102, PMB 609, Oceanside, CA 92057 (www.semperfifund.org).
