Julius Reed

Julius C. Reed, born July 14 1937, left to be with The Lord on Saturday, February 13, 2016. Julius loved God. He shared his love for his heavenly father with anyone that would listen. Julius was greatly concerned with the welfare of each person's soul for nothing else in his life was as important as this. Julius was a faithful member of The Church of God international where he felt honored to stand behind the sacred stand and lead his church in praising the Lord Jesus Christ each Saturday morning for many years.
Julius Reed was a retired Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force where he served for 25 years. Julius Reed held a Bachelors degree in Business Management.
Julius Reed was loved and survived by his children, Donna Cook, Barbara Reed, and David Reed. One living sister June Carrel of TN. Five Grandchildren Sarah Sutton, Kenneth Cook, Wesley Copeland, Rachelle Jolly, and Ronnie Reed. Three great grandchildren William Ward, Brylie Sutton, and Josh D Jolly Jr.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8: 00 p.m. Monday at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. For condolences, www. SmithFamilyCares.com.
