Judith Lynne Usik

Judith Lynne Usik, age 73, of Little Rock, passed away July 11, 2024. She was born in Los Angeles, California on June 19, 1951, to Emil Van Deventer and Helene Muriel Harding.

Judy started her real estate career as an intern when she was a sophomore in High School. Her love and talent for real estate led to a successful career spanning over 49 years. Throughout her time in the industry, she made many connections. She never met a stranger no matter where she went. Judy was so well-versed in real estate that she could do any job requested of her.

She was a shining, vibrant, and dynamic spirit who touched many lives, gave the best wisdom, and was a constant cheerleader for our hopes and dreams. Judy also had a love for animals, especially for her rescue cats Rascal and Cocoa, and rescue dog Koda.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Jon Van Deventer; and stepsister, Barbara Van Deventer.

She is survived by her daughter, Katherine Anne Usik; cousin, Marlene Stewart Johnson; sister-in-law, Jan Van Deventer; and nephews.

A funeral service for Judith will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, July 26, 2024 at Christ Episcopal Church, 509 Scott St., Little Rock, AR 72201.
