With the heaviest of hearts, we announce the passing of Judith “Judy” Ann Jay, 72, of North Little Rock on April 3, 2022. She was born April 6, 1949, in Conway, Arkansas to the late Leo M. and Ernestine Moix. Judy was a devoted mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and “Mom” and “Memaw” to many more who loved her. She had a deep love for sewing, cooking, and baking her famous pumpkin bread. Judy was also the proud business owner of Trade Graphics, Inc, which she operated with her two sons.
Judy is preceded in death by her father, Leo M. Moix, mother, Ernestine Moix, son, Charles Nosal, Jr., and grandson, Brody Nosal. To treasure her memory, Judy is survived by her son, John Nosal (Tamsye), two sisters, Rita Bintliff (David) and Jeanna Hoyt (Andy), brother David Moix (Tricia), five grandchildren, Chris Nosal, Elizabeth Jameson (Geno), Caty Nosal, Rachael Knowlton, Cody Stephens (Ashley) as well as three great-grandchildren, Addison Nosal, Caiden Nosal, and Miriam Knowlton.

Memorial Service is 1:30 PM, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 1516 Parker Street, North Little Rock.
