Judith Johnson, age 69, of Glenwood, died Sunday, January 15, 2012. She was born on May 5, 1942, in San Mateo, California, the daughter of William Earl Dial and Roberta May Hellon Dial. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Jack Johnson. She attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Glenwood; worked for several years as the librarian at the Glenwood Library; and enjoyed volunteering for various charity organizations. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Patsy Webb of Glenwood and Willard and Kathy Webb of North Bend, Washington; one daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and James Gwinn of Mount Ida; five grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Ginger Dial of Brown Valley, California and Steven and Denice Dial of Oakley, California; one sister, Patricia Ames of Auburn, California; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 20, 2012, in the First Church of the Nazarene in Glenwood with Bro. Wally Beckman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Glenwood Library, 210 N. 2nd Street, Glenwood, Arkansas, 71943. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
