Juanita Ruff

Juanita Jean (Crase) Ruff of North Little Rock passed from this earthly life to be reunited with her beloved George (GT) and her family members and dear friends, in Heaven on December 23, 2015. She was born in Leslie, Arkansas on May 8, 1930 to Andy and Artie (Gilliam) Crase. She was united in marriage to George Thomas Ruff on December 31, 1949 in Harrison, Arkansas. She gave her heart to Jesus when she was 13 years old.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George; one sister, Loretta Bowman Shaddox; her parents; and grandparents. She is survived by two daughters, Janet Marie Nash (John) and Sandra Kay Booth (Thurman), both of Sherwood; one grandson, Jason Michael Howard (Tangie), four great-grandchildren, Allie, Hannah, Jordan and Addison of North Little Rock whom she adored; three brothers, Kenneth Crase (Della) of Sperry, Oklahoma, Lawson Crase (Anita) of Sidney, Ohio and James Crase (Carol) of Murrieta, California; along with a host of family and good friends.
She was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church in North Little Rock for many years. She loved her family and enjoyed her yard and her flowers. Above all she loved the Lord.
Memorials may be made to the Park Hill Baptist Church, 201 East "C" Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 29, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be 3:00 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery in Harrison, Arkansas.
