Joye Holeman, age 90, of Arkadelphia, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
She was born on February 15, 1933, in Willow, the daughter of Buford Mahlon Robbins and Addie Mae Fleming Robbins. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leland Holeman; her four brothers, Lewie, Bill, Donnie, and Ronnie; and her four sisters, Charline, Melba, Rose, and Martha.
Joye was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church. She thoroughly enjoyed hunting and fishing. Joye took many trips, loving to travel anywhere. Joye will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her two daughters and son-in-law, Kay and Rick Hyde and Debbie Pennignton all of Arkadelphia; her five grandchildren, Nick, Carrie, Jonathan, Adam, and Jessica; her nine great-grandchildren; her sister, Barbara Stewart; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 16, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ruggles Wilcox Chapel with Bro. Jonathan Hyde officiating.
Visitation will be held prior to services at 10:00 AM.
Interment will be held at Holeman Cemetery.
