Joyce Howard

Joyce Ann Howard, 81, of Little Rock, passed away December 18, 2017 with her family at her side. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Albert and Gertrude Coffin Harrison, she retired from the State of Arkansas and had a passion for genealogy. She was a past president of The National Society Colonial Dames XVII Century, a Daughter of the American Revolution and member of the Eastern Star.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband, CMSgt. Adrian Howard (USAF, Ret.) and a sister, Myra Hartley, she is survived by her daughters, Judy Jett (George) of Sherwood and Jennifer Frazier of Little Rock; sons, Jeff Wade (Becky) of Benton and Jerrell V. Wade of Little Rock; grandchildren, James, Amy, Anthony, Chris, Anna and Sean; and ten great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on Friday, December 22 at 7:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), (501)224-2200. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital. Joyce's online guestbook may be signed at www.littlerockfuneralhome.com.
