Josie Marie Johnson, 78, of North Little Rock, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012. She was a member of McAlmont Church of Christ. Mrs. Johnson had been employed by the North Little Rock School District, Koehler Bakery and Cope Headstart.
She is survived by her daughter, Jo Pamela Johnson; twin brother, Joseph Dickerson; sisters, Betty Johnson, Drucilla Tillman and Corise Thomas; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Johnson; parents, Dawson and Rosie Dickerson; brothers, Wiley Davis, Dewey, Jessie and Napoleon Dickerson; sisters, Parlee, Mammie Lou, Vanessa and Della.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Burial will be at a later date in the Little Rock National Cemetery.
