Joseph Lowder
Joseph Harlan Lowder, 84, of Little Rock, passed away October 23, 2019 with his family at his side. Born in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Curtis and Ila Harlan Lowder, he was a U.S. Army veteran and a project designer with Arkansas Power & Light/Entergy for 35 years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church for the past 20 years.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Martha Weems Lowder; sister, Janis George and husband, Tom of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and other family and friends.
Services will be held on Monday, October 28, at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, officiated by Scott Jackson. Visitation will follow the service. Memorials may be made to the Church Building Fund at Calvary Baptist, 5700 Cantrell Rd., Little Rock, AR 72207.
