Johnny Rand Wilson, 69, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013. He was a member of Sherwood First Baptist Church, loved hunting, riding motorcycles, car races and anything with wheels. John spent his life enjoying his work with automobiles, his family and many friends.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Connie Creed Wilson; son, Johnny E. Wilson, both of North Little Rock; daughter, Michelle Wilkerson (Jeff) of Hensley; grandchildren, Kristi Cooper (Jessey), Tanner Wilkerson, Brooke Wilson and Ashlynne Wilson; two great-grandchildren, Jackson Cooper and Beau Richards; sister, Sherry Angell (Charles) of Centralia, Missouri; mother-in-law, Marie Creed, of North Little Rock; and a host of very dear friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Wilson; and his father-in-law, J. Samuel Creed.
John was very loved by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and his friends and will be very missed every day of our lives.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral home. A memorial service will be held 12:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Services will be officiated by Rev. Paul Rice.
