Johnny N. West

Johnny N. West, age 74, of Hollywood, died Thursday, November 27, 2014. He was born on March 6, 1940 in the Washita community of Montgomery County, the son of John Herman West, Sr. and Mable Norma Kilby West. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Gale West. He is survived by two children and their spouses, Mary and Roger Chitwood of New Boston, Texas and Mike and Cheryl West of Hollywood; six grandchildren, Bray Chitwood, Breanna Chitwood, Brandi Chitwood, Brody Chitwood, Kristy West and Kolton West; two sisters, Sue Brown of Glenwood and Anneice West of Maumelle; his brother, Herman West, Jr. of Glenwood; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 30, 2014, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood with Bro. Charlie Williams officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Barber Cemetery at Sims. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
