Johnny Hill

Johnny D. Hill Jr. age 65 of Delight, AR died Friday, December 11, 2009 in Hot Springs. He was born December 25, 1943 the son of John D. and Clara Sue Shope Hill. He was a retired millwright, plumber and carpenter, a member of the Starling Hunting Club, president of the Delight Hunting Club, a Mason and a member of the Delight Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Shelly Hill.

Survivors include his wife Kay Harris Hill, one son Shane Hill and wife, Christi of Bryant, and three grandsons, Brayden Hill and twins, Tanner and Kevin Hill.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday in the Delight Church of Christ with Rev. Wallace Alexander officiating. Burial will be in the Delight Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. Memorials may be made to the Delight Cemetery Fund c/o Martha May, PO Box 84, Delight, AR 71940.
