Johnny English
Johnny English, 69, of North Little Rock went to be with the Lord Friday, October 28, 2016. He was born March 19, 1947 in Gregory, Arkansas to Jessie and Louella (Waggle) English.
He was a United States Army Veteran stationed in Korea during the Vietnam War. Johnny retired as a supervisor for the North Little Rock Waste Water Plant. Johnny spent the majority of the last 25 years, with the Blue Rock Gun Club where he was affectionately known as their "go to guy."
Johnny is survived by his son Ricky (Pamela) English of Judsonia; daughter Kristie (Dan) Weeks of Searcy; five grandchildren, J.D. (Mallory), Ashley (Blake), Hunter, Devan (Alyssa), and Stephanie; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth English of Searcy and Larry English of North Little Rock; sister Glenda Perdue of Little Rock, and his close friend Will Swihart.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Bob English and Jerry English.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 am Tuesday, at Smith - Westbrook Chapel, Beebe Arkansas with funeral to follow at 11:00 am. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Garden Veterans Section.
