Johnnie Margaret Maples Todd, "MEME" was born to John and Nellie Rechtin Maples on June 16, 1919 in McRae, Arkansas. She went to be with the Lord March 14, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Lee McKinley Todd; sister, Mildred Maples Kirk; and a brother, Frank Maples.
She is survived by one daughter, Margaret Todd Stewart (Coy), of McRae; sons, Don (Pat), of Whitehall, Jerry (Linda) of Beebe and John (Peggy), of Maumelle.
There are six grandchildren, thirteen great grand children, and four great-great grandsons.
The family wishes to thank Arkansas Hospice, both the Home Care and Hospital Inpatient teams at St. Vincent in Little Rock.
She was a member of McRae First Baptist Church.
Family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, at Lebanon Cemetery in McRae, Arkansas.
