John Wyatt

John Wyatt, 58 of Mayflower, Ar went to be with our Lord on December 3rd 2008. He left this world doing what he loved, hunting. John was born in Caruthersville, Missouri and lived his life in central Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lyman Elmo Wyatt and his mother, Christina "Mama Chris" Collier Dana.
He is survived by his children, Jeremy and Zach Wyatt and Ricky, Cody and Kara Francis; his grandson, Asher Wyatt; his beloved partner in life, Tonya Francis; his sons mothers, Lisa Winter and Sharon Andrews; his sister, Pat Wyatt Ward; his brother, Michael Wyatt; 2 nieces, Christina Ward Lark and Tiffany Carter Purvis; a nephew, Michael Wyatt II and numerous other family members who love him.
He received the Bronze Star and Purple Heart while serving 2 tours in Vietnam and was instrumental in establishing the Arkansas Vietnam Memorial when he was President of the Vietnam Veterans of America. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who passed on his knowledge to his children. A devout Christian, he tried to live his life to the fullest. He was the World's Greatest Salesman!
In lieu of a memorial service, a celebration of his life will be held Monday December 8th at 1619 Winbourne Ct. NLR 72116 from 4-6pm.
