John Fletcher Winchester, 92, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, March 2, 2008. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion.
He is survived by three daughters, Mary Lock, of Flint, Michigan, Bonnie Wolosonowich, of Flint, Michigan and Shirley Shultz, of Little Rock; two sons, Johnny Winchester, of North Little Rock and Don R. Winchester, of Ramona, California; seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandsons. He was preceded in death by his half brother, Ray Sharp and half sister, Elsie Whittington.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
