John Storment

John B. Storment III, 76, of Little Rock, passed away April 28, 2019. Born in Iuka, Mississippi to John B. Storment, Jr. and Ruth Stokes Storment, he retired as a Regional Manager from Crawford and Company Insurance and was a partner at Christ Community Church of Little Rock. He also was a proud member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity at the University of Mississippi.

Preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Margaret Bullard, he is survived by his wife of 16 years, Virginia Storment; daughter, Shelley Braunecker (Darek) of Little Rock; step-daughter, Melissa Parrish (Joel) of Bentonville; step-son, John Welytok (Kariann) of Branson, Missouri; and grandchildren, Ellie Braunecker and Rhett Braunecker, both of Little Rock, Owen Welytok of Branson and Grayson Parrish of Bentonville.

Services will be Thursday, May 2 at 2:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Pastor Michael Loudermilk. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Arkansas, 201 Markham Center Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205 (www.alzark.org) or Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org/arkansas), 225 N. Michigan Ave., Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
