John Spears
John Barney Spears, 75, Benton, passed away October 28, 2018. He was born December 7, 1942 in Benton to the late Allen and Lillian (Franks) Spears.
John was a master leather craftsman and handyman.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Karol Tiner-Spears; parents; two brothers: Delbert and Glenn Spears; and step-daughter, Colleen Bates.
He is survived by brother, James Spears (Sandy); step-son, Todd Bates (Ginger); step-daughter, Brenda Huggins; step-grandchildren: Kylie, Taylor, and Matthew Bates; and several nieces and nephews.
