John Olivo

John Joseph "Jack" Olivo, 71, of Beebe, Arkansas, was born February 14, 1938, to John and Caroline (Ahrens) Olivo, and he died Friday, September 25, 2009. Jack was retired from Illinois Bell Telephone. He was a member of Harrison Chapel Baptist Church, which he loved. He had a heart for volunteerism and helping others. He most recently was involved with Mannafest Blessings Food Bank and White County Aging Program where he delivered Meals on Wheels.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Carol Larson.
He is survived by his wife, Faith (Deel) Olivo; two sons, Don Olivo and wife Saleslie of Searcy and Dale Olivo and wife Judy of Beebe; four grandchildren, Sunshine Olivo, Brandon Olivo, Vaughn Olivo and Janell Olivo; three great-grandchildren, Emma Kuykendall, Allison Kuykendall and Jaron Kuykendall; four step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; one sister, Rosemary McDaniel of Coal City, Illinois and one brother, Tony Olivo of Hot Springs.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2009, at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Memorials may be made to Harrison Chapel, P.O. Box 709, Beebe, AR 72012 or Memorial/Tribute c/o American Heart Association, P.O. Box 841125, Dallas, TX 75284-1125.
