John Otto Montgomery, IV, 59, of North Little Rock passed away July 4, 2014. He was a Vietnam Veteran who served in the US Army.
Survivors include his wife and soul mate for the last 37 years, Fran; children, John, Lindsey, his beloved granddaughter, Sadie Rose; and brother, Danny (Sharon) Montgomery.
