John Mock Jr
John C. Mock Jr., age 65 of Jacksonville, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014. He was born on June 25, 1948 in Jacksonville, Florida; and was the son of John Mock Sr. and Emma Mae Mock.
Mr. Mock was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force, having served twenty-one years, where he worked with Titan II Missiles. He also retired from Levi Strauss for sixteen years of service.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Carlene Mock.
Survivors include his wife Pong Mock; children Brian Mock (Shannon), Daniel Mock (Lari), and Eugene Wells (Zoey); grandchildren Dustin Moore, Haley Mock, Ashley Mock, Brenton Mock, Cecy Grant, Nicholas Wells, Matthew Wells, Journey Wells, and Legend Wells; a sister Judy Neal and a brother Scott Mock.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 17, 2014 beginning at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 a.m. both at Huson Funeral Home Chapel at 7700 Highway 107, Sherwood, Arkansas. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Arkansas State Veterans' Cemetery at 1501 West Maryland Ave, North Little Rock.
