John Mason

John Christopher Mason, 47, of Little Rock, passed away December 5, 2009. Born June 22, 1962 in Little Rock to Cynthia and Gene Mason, he graduated from The Dunn School in Los Olivos, California and Hendrix College in Conway. John was a customer service representative for AT&T. He was a member of Holy Souls Catholic Church and attended Geyer Springs First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Kathy Echols Mason; sons, Matthew and Ryan; his parents; brothers, Scott of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, Jim and his daughter, Jocelyn of Issaquah, Washington and Patrick of San Francisco, California; mother and father-in-law, Maryann and Marvin Echols; his sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Randal Piechocki; and two nieces, Linley and Ashley Piechocki. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Scott Rushing.
Services will be at 12:00 noon, Thursday, December 10 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock, officiated by Msgr. John F. O'Donnell. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
