John Martin Luther II

John Martin Luther was born August 29, 1989, in Tuba City, Arizona to Bobby Roy Luther and Pauline Hasgood Luther. He later moved from the Navajo Reservation when his mother moved to San Diego, California with him and his sister, Samantha.

He spent his teen years living with Rick and Amy Windle in San Diego County. He attended Olive Pierce Middle School, Ramona High School, and finished at Monticito High.

While in high school, John worked at Dos Picos County Park helping to care for the grounds. After graduation from high school, he worked as a care giver and was well liked by his clients.

He is survived by his 4 children, Joshua Edward, Elizabeth Rose both of Texas and Sarah Ann and Jasmine Rae of Wyoming and his sister, Samantha Rae Luther Wright, her husband Michael, and their son, Adrien.

John was an artist. He enjoyed drawing, making greeting cards for people, and had a confident eye for painting. He also enjoyed working with wood and worked at times putting barn owl nest boxes for family business. He enjoyed painting small rocks and gifting them to others or leaving them on trails for others to find. He loved the outdoors. He loved fishing and wildlife of all kinds.

John was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints.

Sadly, he passed away on October 20, 2022 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 33.
