John Mark Duer, 63, of Benton, passed away March 23, 2011. He was born in Longview, Texas to Bud and Loma Birch Duer and was a retired truck driver.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda Holland Duer; daughters, Paula Duer of Haskell and Renee Mayhew (Sam) of White Hall; son, Mark Duer (Tosha) of Benton; grandchildren, Alexis Duer, Blaine Duer, Derek Daniel, Kristie Brickey and Danielle Mayhew; great-grandchildren, Sydnee Brickey and Maycee Brickey; sisters, Mary Ann McCoskey (Bob) of Chandler, Arizona, Bonnie Walker of Deerpark, Texas, Judy Dixon (James) and Sandra Knox, both of Bryant; and brother, Robert Duer, also of Bryant; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held on Monday, March 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). The family will greet friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
