Joe C. Reynolds, 81, of Benton, passed away August 2, 2015. Born on November 15, 1933 in Little Rock to Jack and Elva Waddle Reynolds, he was a member of Holland Chapel Baptist Church. Joe graduated from Little Rock High School and was a Wilson's Tiger. He attended Little Rock Junior College where he played football under Coach Howard Pierce.

Joe retired from AP&L after 40 years of service. He was a born entrepreneur who delved into many small business ventures and was a real estate investor throughout his life. He was a 32nd degree Mason for over 50 years, and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for over 50 years.

He is survived by his wife, Tish Reynolds; sons, Jack Reynolds (Kathy) of Pflugerville, Texas and Jeff Reynolds of Fayetteville, Arkansas; daughters, Nancy Richardson (Steve) of Benton and Julie Pruitt (Jamie) of Vilonia; two sisters, Mary Stephens of North Little Rock and Pat Partridge of Plano, Texas; Virginia Inel Reynolds, mother of his four children; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 5 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Thursday, August 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Holland Chapel Baptist Church, 15523 I-30 in Benton, officiated by Rev. Nick Calaway. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Baptist Children's Home, 222 W. Pope St., Monticello, AR 71655.
