Joe Besaw

Joe Besaw, 68, of North Little Rock, died Tuesday, February 9, 2010. He was born in New London, Wisconsin and moved to North Little Rock, Arkansas in 1967 where he remained and made his life. Joe retired from both St. Vincent's Medical Center and UAMS Medical Center, and is also a US Army veteran.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Myrna Besaw, his wife Carolyn McClure Besaw, 2 brothers Jerome and John. He is survived by his 4 children, Karen (Jeff) Bousman of Kansas City, Missouri, Patricia (Dan) Taylor, Larry (Stephanie) Besaw and Robert (Jennifer) Besaw all of central Arkansas, 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, brothers James(Sandy), Jean (Cindy), Jerry (Sue), Lee (Sue), Jeff (Kathy), of Wisconsin, brother Greg (Sue) of New Jersey, sisters Sandra (Marly) Worm, Christine (Robert) Rickmann, and Francine (Rich) Engle all of Wisconsin.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
