Jody Brook Davis

Jody Brook Davis, of Glenwood, the precious infant daughter of Kassandra Coffman and Brandon Davis was born on October 6, 2020, and returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, January 4, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandfather, Algie Coffman; and her paternal grandfather, Gerold Brook Breshears.

Jody may have only been with us for a short time, but she brought endless love to each of our hearts and has left us with memories that we will hold on to forever. There is no greater love than the love for a child and Jody was loved by so many. Our hearts are broken now because we had to say goodbye so soon to her on this earth, but each time we look to the sky we know Jody is dancing with the angels.

Jody is survived by her parents, Kassandra Coffman and Brandon Davis; two sisters, Karliah and Kyrenna; maternal grandparents, Shane and Crystal Coffman; paternal grandmother, Donna Sheree Davis; maternal great-grandparents, Mark and Chris Pritchard and Pauline Herring; paternal great-grandparents, Brook and Karen Breshears and Martha and Edward Taylor; three maternal aunts and their spouses, Samantha and Paul Kendrick, Tiffany and Aaron McCann and Kimberly Coffman and Dan Cortez; paternal aunt, Malaya Davis; two paternal uncles, Skylar Davis and Chris Laughlin; her maternal cousins, Noah and Stella McCann, Logan Kendrick and Harper and Harlow Cortez; and numerous other extended family members and a host of wonderful friends of her family.

Visitation will be held 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 16, 2021, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood.

Social distancing directives will be in place with no more than 66% total occupancy at any one time in the funeral home and avoidance of physical contact. Everyone, 10 years of age or older, must be wearing a mask or face covering at all times.

A private family burial will be held in the Glenwood Cemetery.
