JoAnn Prause Kitta

JoAnn Prause Kitta, 81, of North Little Rock passed away January 20, 2023.  She was a graduate of Mt. Saint Mary’s Academy.  She was a lifelong Catholic, very devout in her faith. 

JoAnn was known as the “Honda Lady” and retired as General Manager of Russell Honda.  In her spare time, she enjoyed horse racing, Black Jack and her husband’s cooking.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Melissa Kitta; and a brother, Joe Prause, Jr. and his wife, Mariann; several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Juanita and Joseph Prause, Sr., and her husband, Lucian J. Kitta.

A special thank you to the staff of Fox Ridge, North Little Rock and Hospice Home Care, Little Rock, especially T.J.

Rosary will begin at 11:00 AM, immediately followed by a Memorial Mass, on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at Immaculate Heart Cemetery.  

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Saint Mary’s Tuition Assistance Fund.
