Joan Bailey
Joan Bailey, 62, of Beebe, Arkansas, passed away January 19, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Elbert and Bernadine (Holland) Bailey; and three sisters, Linda Bailey, Ann Whitley, and Rebecca Benbrook. She is survived by two brothers, Paul (Erma) Bailey of Cabot and Jack Bailey of Little Rock; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2016; at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market St., Benton, Arkansas 72015. . Graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Smith-Rosemont Cemetery.
