Jo Ann Hawley, 81, of Little Rock passed away Monday, June 8, 2015. She was born on June 12, 1933. Jo Ann was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church of Mabelvale Cutoff and retired from UAMS.
She is survived by her daughter Janet Cloud (Bill); grandchildren, Jackie Suire, Angie Martinez, Lauria Mann, Paul G. Curran, Justin Thabit, Paul A. Cloud, Crystal Cloud, Matt Cloud, Heather Curran and Zackary Curran and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Simale and Violet Cates; daughter, Jacklyn Curran; son, James W. Curran, III, brother, Jimmy Cates; and grandson, Billy E. Cloud.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 12, at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Beebe Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 11, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
