Jo Ann Lacy

Jo Ann Lacy, 86, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away February 22, 2023. She was born June 9, 1936 in Derring, Missouri to the late Rhonald and Ive Brewer.

Jo Ann loved to feed her family and enjoyed volunteering in the North Little Rock community. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She looked forward to having her family over for holidays and getting to cook for them. She was a longtime member of Levy Baptist Church.

Jo Ann is survived by her children, David Lacy and John Lacy; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.  

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of almost 45 years, Joe David Lacy; daughters, Pam Rikard and Michelle King; and two infant sons.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Levy Baptist Church with a funeral service following at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Edgewood Memorial Park.
