Jimmy Alvin Nail Sr, 47 of Benton passed away at his home Aug. 30, 2010.
He was born May 7, 1963, in Little Rock to R.V. and Helen Nail.
Jimmy was of the Pentecostal faith. He dearly enjoyed fishing and playing horseshoes with his kids and grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew, Larry Allen Davis Jr.
Survivors include his wife Shaun Nail of Benton; three sons, Jimmy Alvin Nail Jr. of Pine Bluff, Mitchell Vernon Nail and Raymond Scott Nail, both of Benton; a daughter, Tesha Nicole Nail of Pine Bluff; a brother, Richard Nail of Pine Bluff; two sisters, Lynn Farmer of Glen Rose and Mary Davis of Little Rock; and two grandchildren, Quinton Nelson Eugene Nail and Allih Marie Canales of Pine Bluff.
Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Bayou Meto Cemetery near DeWitt with the Rev. Steven W. Hudson officiating.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Peaceful Haven Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Jimmy Alvin Nail Jr., Dusty Rushing, Joey Rushing, Adam Farmer, Richard Nail and Jonathan Thurber. Burial will be in Bayou Meto Cemetery.
